SHIPPING

ITALY

We offer free Standard Delivery to Italy for orders over 180 € for orders under 180 € delivery is 10 €.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution centre for use on our courier website.
Deliveries arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 working days after placing your order.
Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

EUROPE

We offer Standard Delivery to Europe countries, delivery is 15 €.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution centre for use on our courier website.
Deliveries arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Expect to receive your order within 4 to 6 working days after placing your order.
Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Extra EU

We offer International shipping with Courier, delivery is 25€.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution centre for use on our courier website.
Deliveries arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Expect to receive your order within 5 to 7 working days after placing your order.
Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
We ship outside of the EU on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties, including  IT VAT.
These charges are the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order.

*Delivery periods are understood to begin 24 business hours following the date of purchase. Working days are understood as being Monday to Friday and non-public holidays. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded from delivery periods. National, regional and local holidays are respected, as well as those of the market where our warehouse/logistics centre is located. During sales periods, Christmas campaigns and/or special promotions, deliveries could have a delay of 48 working hours. In addition, store delivery may not be available. Potential delays in delivery can occur for several reasons, such as customisation of products, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure and when the delivery area is a rural or remote area or an island. Unless there are circumstances arising from customisation of the products, or unexpected or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send you the order within the time indicated on the website for the selected delivery method, and in any event, within the maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. If, after the established deadline, you have not received your package, contact our Customer Service Department.

RETURNS

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

You can return any item for a refund within 14 days starting from the day you received your order by sending a mail to shop@peninsulaswimwear.com .
Any items received after 28 days will have to be refused.
Your unwanted items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
Unfortunately we don’t offer free returns, all shipping costs are charged to customers. We recommend that you retain your proof of postage.
Returns hand carried to the warehouse will not be accepted due to security reasons.
Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
Returns will be processed within 48 hours, this may vary during busy periods.
Allow 5- 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account.

We don’t offer an exchange service, so please return your order using the instructions above and re-order the correct item or size separate
